Computers are becoming more powerful over time and can do much more than their early predecessors, we find that the programs more resources than they were. It is expected that a powerful computer is wasted if you don’t have programs that take advantage of their capabilities. That is, sometimes a program or process consumes system resources too much and there is not much you can do to dictate associated with a particular process, the amount of resources. BES is Shirase battle encoder to limit a free utility for Windows, which can be used, and to monitor the use of each process processor.
BES will not be installed. Unzip the file and run the exe inside. Before you can begin to limit the CPU usage for a process, you need to "target" first. Click on the Target button on the main screen of the application.
BES upload a list of active processes. Choose the one to restrict you, and click on the 'limit this' button, the application will prompt you to confirm whether the selected process limit. Once the processes that you want to limit, click the "Control" button on the main window of the application.
Now you can choose which part of the CPU performance to be assigned to the selected procedure for limiting. The limit is defined as a negative value. The negative number indicates the number of remaining CPU allowed to use the selected process.
-33% means that receive the selected process to use 67% CPU (100-33 = 67). Likewise, means -95% that only methods using 5% CPU (100-95 = 5).slow the app down but this is a balance and trade of your system’s resources so it’s to be expected.
BES works well enough though you can only limit up to three processes with it. It’s still useful in the sense that you can limit the most taxing of processes and allow the others to run better. The app was tested on a stable version of Windows 10.
